Forett at Bukit Timah is the upcoming freehold development to be added into the New Launch Market of District 21. It is located along Toh Tuck Road, Jalan Jurong Kechil Bukit Timah in District 21 Singapore (a short walk or 3 mins drive to Beauty World MRT).
Forett at Bukit Timah was sold collectively to the Qingjian group of Companies for S$610 million. Based on a potential gross floor area of 46,840.08 sqm, the sale price translates to a land price of about S$1,210 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). Due to a high development baseline, a development charge will not be payable for the 10-per-cent bonus balcony and this will lower the land price to S$1,100 psf ppr. The estimated selling price is therefore expected to be in the range of S$1,800 – S$2,200.
Developer Qingjian has recently on 30th May 2020 during the last few days of Circuit Breaker invited Mr Kingsley Ng Director of P&T award winning architect to share on the architectural plan of Forett at Bukit Timah. Here some photos shared during the session.

According to Forett at Bukit Timah Developer Qingjian, the development is suppose to be ready for launch in May. However, the unexpected COVID19 circuit breaker has caused the delay. However, many Consumer in the Market are highly anticipating the launch.
